Troubleshooting Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? Here are solutions to common login problems.

Common Login Problems

"Invalid email or password"

This error means either your email or password doesn't match our records. Try these steps:

• Double-check your email address for typos
• Make sure Caps Lock is off when typing your password
• Try copying and pasting your password from a password manager
• Reset your password if you've forgotten it

"Account not found"

This means we don't have an account with that email address. Possible causes:

• You may have signed up with a different email address
• You might not have completed the signup process
• There might be a typo in the email you're entering

If you're sure you have an account, try all email addresses you commonly use. If you still can't find it, contact support.

"Please verify your email"

You need to click the verification link in the email we sent when you signed up. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from support@statelicense.academy.

If you can't find the verification email, you can request a new one from the login page.

Page won't load or shows an error

• Refresh the page
• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser
• Check your internet connection
• Disable browser extensions temporarily

Logged out unexpectedly

Your session may have expired for security reasons. This typically happens if:

• You haven't been active for a while
• Your browser cleared cookies
• You logged in on another device

Simply log in again to continue. Your exam progress is saved automatically.
