System Requirements
- Stable internet connection
- JavaScript enabled (enabled by default in all modern browsers)
- Cookies enabled for login functionality
- Screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher
Mobile Devices
StateLicense.Academy works on mobile devices including:
- iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Android phones and tablets (Chrome)
However, for timed exams, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience.
Troubleshooting
Page not loading correctly
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
Exam timer not working
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled
- Try using Chrome browser
- Check that no ad blockers are interfering
Can't log in
- Make sure cookies are enabled
- Clear browser cookies and try again
